Scope: orders:read.

Quote accept and order create stay on later waves (E-11d). An API key cannot accept a quote.

Track an order

GET /public/v1/orders/{id}

The list call needs at least one of those filters. The response is a milestone:

• status (for example scheduling, on_hold, delivered, cancelled)
• due_date
• fee (engagement fee)
• address, loan number, and client tracking number
• engaging client and lender ids, so you can match your directory sync

Internal notes, special instructions, and appraisal values are not included.

Accept a quote

POST /public/v1/quotes/{id}/accept

Not available yet. The first accept wave uses a client-scoped token, not the tenant API key.

Create an order

POST /public/v1/orders

Not available yet. Create an Open Quote with quotes:write, or have staff open the order. Use the reads above to poll status.
